Hey Stampers,
If you saw the project from our Stamp & Pamper – Dallas event, you know that I’m completely enamored with the Blooms & Bliss product suite from Stampin’ Up! I love the colors and the floral patterns, they’re just so much fun to create with. I used the coordinating designer series paper and some Whisper White thick cardstock to create these mini notecards as swaps for an upcoming team meeting.

I started by cutting a piece of our thick cardstock into a 8.5 x 4.25 card base, which I scored down the middle to make my top-folding notecard. Next, I cut my designer series paper into a 4.125 inch square.
The top layer of this card is a 4 inch square with a circle die cut from the center with our circle framelits dies. I stamped my sentiment on the top layer in one of the coordinating colors. Next, I assembled the layers of my card front using fast fuse adhesive for the card base and designer paper and then Stampin’ Dimensionals to “pop up” the top square. Here comes the fun…

I die-cut two of the flowers from the Flourish Thinlits Set in the thick Whisper White cardstock and curled the flower tips with my fingers. It’s an incredibly simple technique which lends that little something extra to an otherwise simple notecard. Add a pearl embellishment to the center of your flower as a finishing touch and that’s it!
